Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will engage directly with clients in the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product and solution recommendations. This role demands strong sales skills, exceptional client relationship management, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations based on client specifications, negotiate terms, and follow up until the deal is closed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing concerns efficiently and coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Maintain and update the client database with accurate and relevant information.
  • Ensure all client-related documentation is properly recorded and filed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review and actively participate in internal sales and management meetings.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in high-end furniture products.
  • Strong client service and solution-oriented approach, while aligning with business goals.
  • Ability to engage with high-end clients from diverse backgrounds, actively listen, and understand their needs.
  • Excellent sales abilities, with proven skills in advising, persuading, and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with internal stakeholders.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage government and private tenders across portals like GeM and n-procure. The role involves handling end-to-end tender processes, documentation, compliance, and client engagement to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate suitable tenders daily on GeM, n-procure, etc.
  • Manage bidding process: documentation, submission, reverse auctions, and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with government departments and clients through meetings, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain tender records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with OEMs/resellers for approvals and vendor code creation.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, payments, and overall profitability from tender business.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business/Marketing or related fielzProven experience with GeM, n-procure, and government bidding.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of reverse auctions, L1 processes, and compliance requirements.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with modular furniture sector.
